    • Do I need to shake the product before use?

      Gently shake before use to help evenly disperse the 3X panthenol capsules throughout the formula. Once evenly dispersed, the mist sprays uniformly onto the skin, leaving it feeling hydrated and moisturized.

    • Can I use it over makeup without disrupting my makeup?

      It can be used over makeup. Whenever your skin feels dry or your makeup looks dull, lightly mist evenly from an appropriate distance to help replenish moisture and add a natural, dewy glow.
      Please note that results may vary depending on the type of makeup products used, the amount applied, and your skin condition. For the best finish, we recommend applying a light mist rather than spraying a large amount at once.

    • At which step of my skincare routine should I use it?

      It can be used as needed from immediately after cleansing to the middle or final step of your skincare routine. When used as the first step after cleansing, it helps quickly replenish moisture. Formulated with 10,000 ppm Panthenol and 3X panthenol, it helps moisturize dry skin and support the skin barrier.
      If your skin feels especially dry, you can lightly layer the mist 2–3 times.
